Client Challenges
Generating revenue in Kakinada from a shopping mall was a challenge and to maximise the revenue streams was the need for the client SRMT. Creating an experience which is inviting, engaging and fresh was the thought. Finding a design firm who can provide holistic service over and above the conventional BMS
Architect Challenges
Creating services which is easy to maintain. Maximising the usable/rentable space. Creating a space which is fun. Designing for a tier two city keeping in mind malls success. To enable SRMT to build multiples of these malls
Custom & Dynamic Lighting
Atrium was the life of mall. Architecturally the oval atrium was not just life tot he circulation spaces but also provided space to perform various activities. Ivorysense provide custom made profiles which was specially bent to match the oval atrium. Also dynamic lighting was provided for the atrium using RGB projectors
Digital Strategy
Two fold approach was presented which was phased out . In the first phase network infrastructure was built and in second phase all the applications were built.
