CMRL was building the first metro line in the city. Underground stations had to be easily maintained and operated. Final leg of the project had extremely aggressive delivery schedule. Extremely challenging environment and had to make everything work perfect

Adhere to fire norms and other specifications of public building. Considering the traffic and usage all solutions had to be built extremely robustly. AFCONS were the turnkey contractors

I. Sacada Integration

SCADA integration with vantage and GE scads controller. Ivorysense had to write driver to enable this communication. Change over to switch transfer the controls to scada. Monitoring through scada independent of key switch position

II. aggressive delivery

Not only delivery schedule was aggressive but also the installation had to be done in the tunnels under trying circumstances, We completely prebuilt the entire closure with LMS and delivered to the site for commissioning

III. Stringent Specifications

Emergency push button to turn off all lights . Stringent cable specifications meeting the fire standards. LMS capabilities had to be stretched beyond the system capabilities as the area was vast
